A quick reminder to all buyers of ponies registered through NFPBC&S-it is a legal requirement that you get your passport transferred into your name within 30 days of purchase. We are aware of a large number bought via the online sale that have not been transferred. Vendors can also check via the online studbook if this has been done-is the pony still in your name? All passports should contain a transfer form in the back that should be signed by the vendor and buyer and returned to the breed office along with the passport (registered post is preferable.)
